Stage: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which comprises a planar antenna capable of receiving terrestrial digital broadcast, and a metal conductor, and which maintains the performance of the planar antenna even when the metal conductor is used in close vicinity to the planar antenna.SOLUTION: A planar antenna device is provided with: a planar antenna 1 in which a first planar antenna 1a and a second planar antenna 1b are arranged in an axisymmetric manner while being separated only at a prescribed interval on the same plane; and a metal conductor which is arranged in front of the first antenna element 10a and a second antenna element 10b in such a manner that the metal conductor closes a gap between the first planar antenna 1a and the second planar antenna 1b and partially overlaps the first antenna element 10a and the second antenna element 10b.
