The central value is adopted as the representative value, so that D9 in FIG. 3 (a) and D5 in FIG. 3 (b) temporarily and significantly deviates from other time points do not affect the central value. In the case of FIG. 3 (a), the central value is about 9%, which does not issue a warning. In the case of FIG. 3 (b), the central value is about 91%, which issues a warning.
