The pressure adjustment member 30 further includes upper and lower support bodies 40 and 50 through which a shaft 28 extending downward from the tweezer body 20 is inserted, a helical compression spring 60 disposed in a resilient state on the upper and lower support bodies 40 and 50, and a lid 70 into which a lower end of the shaft 28 is inserted.
