A second element width of second loop elements in a direction parallel to a radiation direction of second loop elements 34a1, 34a2, 34b1 and 34b2 is larger than a second thickness of the second loop elements in a direction vertical to the radiation direction of the second loop elements. The radiation directions of the first and second loop elements are the same direction, and the loop elements are connected to feeding points 31a and 31b which are juxtaposed at upper and lower positions with respect to the loop elements.
