PATNA, India, Sept. 22 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Aug. 22:
1.The Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly reported to the Court that during the pendency of the Writ petition, the respondents have paid the amount but interest was not paid for the delayed payments for which he preferred an Interlocutory Application.
2.Admittedly, there is no representation before the authority concerned for interest on delayed payments, therefore, this Court cannot pass any order with respect to the interest.
3.At this juncture, the Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a representation before the authority concerned for seeking interest part on the delayed payment.
4.The petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the concerned authority for interest part within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and in turn the authorities shall dispose of the representation as expeditiously as possible within three months in accordance with law.
5.With the above said observation, the Writ petition is disposed of.
6. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall also disposed of.
