④ Not be under suspension of nomination by President of the Building Research Institute or Director General of National Institute for Land and Infrastructure Management from Timelimit for the tender to Bid Opening.
⑤ Not under a condition which a police have requested elimination from a public undertaking of Ministry Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, as related to organized crime groups, which substantially take over its management or which is equivalent to this condition.
⑥ Proof of Work Performance
The schedule management engineer or the applicant submitting the technical review must have at least one track record as the main contractor in any of the following similar works completed after April 1, 2016.
