E meet the qualification requirements which President, Inter-University Research Institute Corporation National Institutes of Natural Sciences may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, Inter-University Research Institute Corporation National Institutes of Natural Sciences.
