② have Grade A, B or C classification in Sales in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027.
③ not currently be under suspension of nomination by the Japan Foundation.
④ be able to reliably fulfill the terms of the contract with the Japan Foundation and who have no record of default, delay or other breach of promise over the past year.
