② have obtained Grade A from the Ministry of Finance Japan (all ministries/agencies) or Japan Mint in the category of "Selling of products" in the qualification for participating in tendering procedures for the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027.
③ have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency.
④ are not being recognized as an unsuitable one to make a contract with, due to the violation of the contract with Japan Mint including its branches in the past.
⑤ have registered in accordance with Article 2-2, Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑥ should recognize to use the viewpoint of reducing CO for our judgement.
⑦ supply electricity sourced from renewable energy in accordance with "RE100 technical criteria" and the ratio of renewable energy is 100%.
