⑤ The bidder shall submit [Submission Form 1] Attached Paper 2 and Attached Paper 3 regarding the carbon dioxide emission factors, the proportion of renewable energy electricity within the supplied electricity, the disclosure of information on power source composition and carbon dioxide emission factors, and the power generation facilities where the supplied renewable energy electricity was generated or from which the environmental attributes originated.
