5 .Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating.
6 .It has submitted by the place which specified the bid participating Certificate, and a presentation term.
7 .Those who are covered by Social Insurance, and are not delinquent on Social Insurance premium.
8 .Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
9 .Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract.
