② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ;
③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kyushu-Okinawa Region ;
④ Have got the Permission as General Gas Utilities based on the Gas Utility industry law, or who is performing the notification as a gas lead pipe entrepreneur based on the law, or those who is performing the notification as large quantity gas utilities based on the law ;
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ;
