③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Singlequalification for every ministry and agency) in Kyusyu-Okinawa Region ;
④ prove to have obtained the firstclass license for selling drugs in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law ;
⑤ prove that they can deliver the drugs on the date and to the places pecified by the Obligating Officer ;
⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ;
