⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A Not come under Article 8 and 9 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Livestock Breeding Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservator ship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
B The applicant must not be under suspension of nomination based on the Guidelines for Suspension of Nomination Related to Contracts of the Independent Administrative Institution Livestock Breeding Center or the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
C Have Grade A or B "offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency. or in tenders by National Livestock Breeding Center in the fiscal year 2025, 2026, and 2027.
D Have relevant knowledge and business personnel etc necessary for the execution of the work. As for the qualifications and confirmation time limit for confirming the matters, as stated in the paper for the tender.
E Other bid participation qualifications are determined by the bid instructions.
