⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A Not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art.
B Have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in "Sales of Product" for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency.
C Have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
D Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
E Not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art.
