⑤ Have registered as a retail electricity utility in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender documentation that are stated from the viewpoint of conservating energy and reducing CO.
⑦ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government and keeps the state.
