D prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products,
E meet the qualification requirements which President, The National University Corporation Ibaraki University may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President Ibaraki University.
