B prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products,
C not come under Article 6 and 7 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Ochanomizu University,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President.
