D prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products,
E meet the qualification requirements which Director of Yonezawa Campus, The National University Corporation Yamagata University may specify in accordance with Article 7 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by this university.
