④ prove to have prepared an information sharing system which based on SaaS and did a verification test or build or update or establish of the system for specific organizations or companies in Japan with more than 1,000 employees after April 2021.
⑤ about the observance of a contract of these works, elect a person in charge of operations who has the experience of receiving orders for the above work ④.
⑥ about the observance of a contract of these works, elect a person in charge of operations who has passed the project manager examination conducted by the Information-technology Promotion Agency of Japan, or has PMP (Project Management Professional) qualification conducted by the Project Management Institute.
